Blooms Boutique is a full-service, lifestyle-based professional Event Planning, Florist, and Travel firm — one of Sri Lanka's pioneer flower shops since 1994.
Born from a passion for natural beauty, we have spent over three decades crafting breathtaking floral arrangements, curating unforgettable events, and growing the finest blooms in the cool highlands of Bandarawela.

Dilshara Perera — businesswoman, florist, and creative visionary — grew up surrounded by flowers in Bandarawela. With a degree in Business and Marketing from Edith Cowan University, Perth, she transformed a family passion into one of Sri Lanka's most recognised floral names.
Her work has inspired many and changed the face of bridal bouquets and wedding décor in Sri Lanka. Known across the industry as a pleasant, workable, and deeply creative individual, Dilshara built Blooms with an unwavering commitment to quality service and high customer satisfaction.
Beyond floristry, Dilshara is proud of the employment and purpose she has provided to many individuals through the Blooms family — a legacy that extends far beyond flowers.

By placing an order or booking a service with Blooms Boutique, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with an order.
Payment is required in full at the time of order confirmation. We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery (within Colombo), and mobile payment options. For large event bookings, a deposit of 50% is required to secure the date.
In the event that a specific flower or variety is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with a flower of equal or greater value. We will always endeavour to maintain the spirit and colour palette of the original order.
Flowers are perishable. Blooms Boutique is not liable for deterioration caused by improper care after delivery. Please follow the care instructions provided with your arrangement.
Event contracts are governed by separate written agreements signed between the client and Blooms Boutique. In the event of conflict, the written contract takes precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka. We encourage amicable resolution — please contact us first at bloomsshara@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
